GoBilling is a product of Ratan Business Solutions. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website or shared with us when you request a product demonstration.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, shop or business name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your enquiry. We also collect limited website interaction information such as page views, campaign parameters, referral source and clicks on contact buttons. We do not intentionally store your IP address in our marketing tables.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, understand which marketing campaigns are effective, improve the website, provide product and support information, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Website source and hosting may be provided through GitHub Pages. Enquiry and website-event data is stored using Supabase. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

WhatsApp and email

If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, your information is also handled by those service providers under their respective privacy policies.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, legitimate business, and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, subject to any information we must retain for legal or legitimate business purposes. Browser “Do Not Track” is respected for anonymous website-event tracking.
